The Illinois PTAC (Procurement Technical Assistance Center) provides assistance to businesses that want to sell their products and/or services to the government (Federal and State). According to the U.S. Small Business Administration, the U.S. Government buys nearly $100 billion worth of goods and services from small businesses each year. The demands of selling to federal or state government are quite different than those of the commercial sector and PTAC understands all the ins and outs.
